Welcome to our Pilates studio in Mediterranean atmosphere.
We offer:
- Group classes on the reformer for adults and teenagers.
- Personal pilates classes with full pilates equipment.
- Pilates group classes on the mat.
- Personal trainings with physio-coach and personal trainings
- Kobido & body massage (by appointment +48 608 771 197).
- Private wellness events for companies.
We give classes in Polish, English, Spanish Ukrainian and Russian.
We are also official education centre of Comprehensive course of Polestar Pilates International School.
